“Lovely hotel and brilliant staff!! Took us in after the gables hotel and was so apologetic, the room was clean and very nicely presented. The bar looked clean and all the other staff on hand were very polite”

Really nice hotel, entertainment on Thursday very good, but needed a bit more on the other days. Would recommend this hotel to groups, and very helpful, clean and overlooking the sea. Just disappointed no one came to say goodbye to us all! But thank you for a lovely stay.”
“Amazing staff and great facilities, we had a terrible evening trying to even gain access to the gables hotel down the road that is now shut down!!, but called the staff at the palms court and they were so apologetic and friendly! Best staff you’ll ever speak to, lovely and clean room and lots to do, accommodating bar, and an “ancient” as staff describe, lift. But soo cool to use! Lovely place”

The staff were welcoming, helpful and made our check in and visit very easy and comfortable.
